You have validated a certificate but it is not appearing in your admin console, you reviewed the certificate history tab, the following error message appears:
API call initiated for certificate: Failure.
Received response: Certificate details cannot be found.
- This error indicates there is not enough information to post the certificate to the admin console:
- Add a customer to the certificate (Customers tab on certificate > click +Link Customer > fill in fields > The customer must have an address)
- Review Detail tab, there must an Exempt Reason, Signed and Expired date must be filled in, and if Single is checked, there must be a PO number
- Once you have made adjustments, go back to History tab > API call initiated for certificate: Success. indicates it was sent successfully
