How do I resolve TIN is required?


When trying to save my changes to nexus I am getting the error "Children.TIN is required."

  • This is caused by a missing TIN from a child company in your admin console.
  • To resolve this:
    • In the admin console, navigate to the Organization tab
    • Click the child company's name
    • Populate the TIN in the Business Tax Identification Number (TIN) field
    • Click Save
