How do I resolve "The request was unable to be successfully serviced, please try again or contact Customer Service."?

Overview

You are attempting to make a Rest GetTax call and receiving an error "The request was unable to be successfully serviced, please try again or contact Customer Service.". You are certain your credentials and service URL are correct.

  • This error indicates there is missing information in your GetTax call because a required field is not included or not recognized (JSON payload can be text/json only and not encoded in any way, for example)
