How Do I Change the Quick Search Settings in CertCapture?

Overview

You're trying to search by customer name, but nothing is coming up, so you want to change what is searched using Quick Search.

Environment

CertCapture

Resolution

  • If you have an Enterprise Account, next to Quick Search, click the Gear icon.
  • Change Search Settings. Changes are automatically saved.

  • Select Full Wildcard Search
