You want to know how to change the FROM email that shows on emails that are sent out for a campaign from CertCapture.
- After logging into CertCapture
- Click on Your name listed at the top right
- Click on My Profile
- Click on My Preferences
- Click on Email Preferences
- Select the email you want the campaign to be sent from in the drop down menu
- This only changes the e-mail address when your customer is replying to the e-mail they will be sent from Support@CertCapture.com
