How can I change the FROM email that shows on the campaign emails sent from CertCapture?

Overview

You want to know how to change the FROM email that shows on emails that are sent out for a campaign from CertCapture.

Environment

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

  • After logging into CertCapture
  • Click on Your name listed at the top right
  • Click on My Profile
  • Click on My Preferences
  • Click on Email Preferences
  • Select the email you want the campaign to be sent from in the drop down menu
    •  This only changes the e-mail address when your customer is replying to the e-mail they will be sent from Support@CertCapture.com
