How can I activate my development account?

Overview

I need to activate our Development environment and am not a user on the account so I'm not getting password resets or welcome emails.

Resolution

If you are running into issues with welcome emails due to not being in the account itself please email your implementation consultant and ask to be invited to the account.
You will then receive credentials in a welcome email.
