Some of our clients require transactions of more than 15,000 lines due to business process. This frequently is large nationwide customers being invoiced at headquarters for all locations.
- The standard number of lines allowed per transaction is 15,000
- Line limit increases are considered on an individual basis by Avalara management
- To have the lines allowed per transaction increased please contact support at email@example.com including the number of lines that you need and how often those large transactions are typically processed
- This update usually takes between one to two weeks if approved, so we recommend splitting the invoice into multiple transactions as an immediate workaround.
