Why is my campaign stuck in Processing?

Overview

You compiled a mailing campaign and approved it to be sent via email, but it has been stuck in processing for hours.

Resolution

  • This is an indication that there is a customer included in the campaign which does not have a valid email address.
  • When sending a mailing campaign via email method, ensure that all customers have a valid email address prior to sending.
