Why have we not received our weekly datafeed report?

Overview

You have not yet received the report from the datafeed of your CertCapture exemptions and you would like to know why and how this issue can be prevented in future.

Environment

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

  • It is likely that the report was produced and sent however your mail server rejected it because the file size was too large.
  • We can create an account on the datafeed server so you can pick the files up and not be subject to the size limitations of email, please contact support@avalara.com.
