Why does my customers invoice not reflect what's in the Admin Console?

Overview

I need to know why when I go into my Admin Console Transaction tab and find a transaction, the corresponding invoice from PrestaShop reflects a different tax amount

Resolution

  • Either the transaction has been edited or there is a problem with your PrestaShop Avatax connector in which case you must contact PrestaShop support @ +1 (888) 947-6543
