Why can I not request a new password?

Overview

You tried to reset your password but you got the warning "Important Notice! There was an error locating your account from the provided url. Please try again later or contact CertCapture support."

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

  • You must enter your username and password to request a password reset.
  • Your username may not be the same as your password.
