Why can I not login after changing my user access for one company?

Overview

You are testing and changed your user access level (user role) for one company, but now you cannot login.

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

  • The features of the test user role may not be compatible with the access for your other user roles. 

 

Note: We recommend setting up a separate profile for testing.
