Why are my imported customers not showing a Bill To customer?

Overview

You completed a bulk upload to add new customers to CertCapture but there is no customer showing under the Bill To tab even though you included billing information for all customers.

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

  •  Billing customers show the Is Billto flag checked on the customer record 
  • The Bill To tab shows other Bill To customers which are linked
