Why I am getting message Service is not enabled ?

Customer is getting the error message "Service is not enabled" while trying to do an Address validation or Tax Calculation.

Resolution

  • This issue can be caused by network or internet connection loss, using the incorrect account credentials, or an expired or inactive account.
  • Please contact Avalara Technical Support to further troubleshoot the issue
