Login Error: Important notice, Could Not Determine Application Access!

Overview

When attempting to log into his CertCapture account I following message... Login Error: Important notice, Could Not Determine Application Access! and then I am "kicked out"

Environment

Avalara CertCapture 

Resolution

  • That account is not currently attached to a company.  
  • You will need to contact an Admin for the account.
  • The admin user can go to the Account Settings > Manage Users.
  • There they can find your account and use the "Assign Companies" option
