  • Apex Developers can now enable batch tax calculation


  • Installation and configuration have changed.Learn how to install and configure Salesforce CPQ+ now.
  • You can now test your connection to AvaTax and turn on address validation during configuration
  • Some fields in AvaTax configuration now have clearer names
  • AvaTax license keys and passwords are now hidden once they're entered in configuration
  • Optional lines on quotes are no longer sent to AvaTax
  • The address populated in the AvaTax tab for multi-entity configuration now pulls from the legal entity information within Salesforce CPQ+
  • Address validation calls are no longer made for addresses outside the U.S. and Canada
  • Contracts now pass as sales orders and don't commit to AvaTax
  • You can now calculate tax on quotes
  • You can now use the AvaTax Mapper to configure tax calculation on orders and on quotes
  • The field for Avalara tax codes is now called Avalara Tax Code
