View the application logs for any errors that occur during transactions or order processing in the Salesforce application.
- Sign in to the Salesforce admin console.
- Go to Stores and under AvaTax, select Logs.
The Logs page displays the logs for AvaTax transactions.
- Select a log message to view that log in detail.
You can also select and export logs to a CSV file or an Excel XML format.
