View application logs

This article applies to:AvaTax

View the application logs for any errors that occur during transactions or order processing in the Salesforce application.


  1. Sign in to the Salesforce admin console.
  2. Go to Stores and under AvaTax, select Logs.
    The Logs page displays the logs for AvaTax transactions.
  3. Select a log message to view that log in detail.
    You can also select and export logs to a CSV file or an Excel XML format.
