Change a line-level ship-to address in Salesforce Sales Cloud

If a product on a transaction should ship to a destination other than the one listed for the whole transaction, change the line-level ship-to address for that product.


  1. In Salesforce Sales Cloud, go to Orders, Opportunities, or Quotes and open the object with the product for which you want to add a different ship-to address.
  2. Select the product and enter the ship-to address for the product.
