Validate addresses in Salesforce Billing

AvaTax address validation is a feature that verifies, corrects, and formats addresses according to USPS standards. At this time, AvaTax only validates addresses in the United States and Canada. Validating addresses may incur additional usage fees.


  1. On any Account, Quote, or Order page, select Validate Address to validate the associated addresses.
    The Verify Addresses page opens.
  2. Select Update Validated Addresses to update the addresses, or select Back to cancel.
