As long as you enable address validation, AvaTax for Workday automatically validates the addresses you enter on invoices and corrects those addresses when they're wrong. Correct, valid addresses help AvaTax calculate tax correctly.
Use AvaTax to manually validate an address in Workday
- In Workday, on the Launch / Schedule Integration page, next to Request Name, type AvaValidateCustomerAddress. Then, provide an Organization and Run Frequency. Once you make your selections, click OK.
- In the Value field, select Customers who have addresses you want to validate and then click OK.
The View Background Process page for AvaValidateCustomerAddress displays the Integration details, Process Info, Output files, and Messages.
