My report is taking a long time to run. What can I do?

Overview

The report you requested in the Communications Customer Portal takes a long time to run after you click Execute

Resolution

  • After you click Execute, click Download.
  • The report will run in batch mode (behind the scenes). You can retrieve it later.
  • For more information, see "Retrieve Downloaded Reports" in Create Reports.
