Why is there no data on my report?

You are not seeing data displayed on your reports in the Customer Portal.

Communications Customer Portal

AvaTax for Communications

Resolution

  • If you are using SaaS Pro:
    • SOAP - run a query and results should show up immediately.
    • REST - it usually takes up to 6 hours to see data on your report. If it has been 6 hours or longer and you are still not seeing the data, please reach out to Support.
