Why can't I see my transactions in the Customer Portal?


Your AvaTax for Communications transactions are not showing up in the Customer Portal. 


Communications Customer Portal


  • By default, only committed transactions are displayed in reports.
  • To display all transactions, do the following:
    1. In Reporting, select a report, then click Advanced Settings
    2. Check the box Include Uncommitted Transactions.
    3. Make other selections as desired for the report.
    4. Click Apply.
