Why is the "Buy" button missing in TrustFile when trying to purchase credits?


You are attempting to purchase more credits in TrustFile but are unable to locate the "Buy" button. 




  • The reason this is no longer an available option is that TrustFile now bills you based on your usage. You no longer have to pre-pay for credits. 
  • You can now file your returns without having to handle your credits, you will now be billed based on your usage.
