Why does my confirmation email show an unexpected filing period?


You received a confirmation email from TrustFile after filing your January return, for example, and you see that it says that February returns were filed.




  • This is a known cosmetic issue with the confirmation email, which has been fixed as of June 1, 2017. If you're still seeing issues with an incorrect month, please reach out to Support
  • Your returns were filed for the correct period - if needed you can check the confirmation button within the system
