Why am I seeing a blank white screen in TrustFile?


You are getting a completely blank screen after clicking “Log In,” “File Now,” or anywhere else on TrustFile while using Internet Explorer.




  • Depending on the version of Internet Explorer you are using, or the customizations (add-ons, etc.) you may have difficulty using TrustFile in Internet Explorer
    • We are working to resolve these compatibility issues
    • As an immediate fix, we recommend using an alternate browser

Note: If you are experiencing this issue in any other browser, press CTRL + F5.  This refreshes the page while ignoring your browser's cache.
