How can I get through a problem creating subscription error when purchasing?


You purchased an annual subscription for TrustFile, but when you clicked “purchase” you got an error that said “There was a problem with the request: Sorry! There was a problem creating the subscription. Please contact us for assistance.”




  • Give us a call at 877-780-4848.
    • It is likely that your payment went through, and you’re still all set. We just need to double check.
    • This is typically caused by your information being registered in duplicate profiles, so we need to check the records
