How firms can create a support case from Console?

This article applies to:Avalara Returns for Accountants

 

  1. Go to link.
  2. Select Avalara for Accountants as the product you are using.
  3. Select a category for which you need assistance.
  4. Provide a subject/title and a description of the issue you are facing.
  5. Provide your contact information.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. If you have screenshots or attachments that you want to include in the support case, attach them before submitting the case.

After performing these steps, your case is submitted and you will receive a notification with a case number.
