Add attachments to a certificate

Add attachments to provide any additional information, so that all the customer information is stored in one place.

Steps

  1. From the home page, go to Exemptions > Certificates to review.
    The Certificates to review page opens.
  2. Find the customer for whom you want to add an attachment and click Review.
  3. Click Attach a file.
  4. Find the file on your computer and select Open.

The attachment is now added to the exemption certificate. Multiple attachments can be added to an exemption certificate. You can also download or remove the added attachments.
