Delete a certificate

This article applies to:Exemption Certificate Management Pro

Exemption certificates should be accurate and up-to-date. It's a good practice to keep historical certificates on file to ensure you're prepared for an audit, but certificates uploaded in error can be deleted. If the certificate is expired or otherwise invalid, consider editing the certificate and marking it invalid instead of deleting it.

You can delete a certificate which is awaiting for review.

  1. From the home page, go to Exemptions > Certificates.
  2. Select the ID of the certificate that you want to delete.
    The certificate details are displayed.
  3. At the bottom of the page, select Delete this certificate.
  4. In the pop-up that appears, select OK to confirm that you'd like to delete the certificate.
