Troubleshoot company location import errors

Before you begin

Review the guidelines for the location import template

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Company Locations and Marketplaces.
  2. On the Company Locations page, click View Location Import History.
  3. Click the Download icon in the Errors column of the import that you want to troubleshoot. The Error.csv file downloads.
  4. Open Error.csv and view the error message in the last column for each record that failed to import.
  5. Make the necessary corrections to the records, and then delete the last column (the one with error messages).
  6. Save the file with a new name and import it.
