Troubleshooting transaction issues
There might be errors during the daily transaction sync. Transactions with errors aren't included on the Transactions page or in reports or returns until you fix the errors. If an error occurs, try resubmitting the transactions to see if that resolves the issues.
Ongoing maintenance tips
When you connect a new extractor, we generate a unique ID (also called a data source ID) for the connection. You can use the data source ID to find transactions that have been imported to our platform.
If you change your license key, pause automatic syncing or delete the active connection and set it up again.
