Why are my invoices in Zuora being cancelled?


When you look at invoices in a bill run you created in Zuora, invoices have been cancelled by Zuora2AvaTax. You have reviewed the error file in the Avalara AvaTax Admin Console, but there is not record of this bill run.




  • An email detailing this error has been emailed to a person in your company
  • To determine which email gets these notifications follow these steps
    • Go to Zuora
    • Click on Settings and select Z-Billing Settings
    • Click on Setup Profiles, Notifications and Email Templates
    • Click on [Edit] for Bill Run Completion | Completed Status
    • Copy the Base URL here to a new browser tab
    • The notification email is list on the left in the middle of the page
