NAV 2009 - Installation information error message


The issue is customer is trying to install and configure Avatax and getting a "Error: Service not enabled" message


The environment is NAV 2009 SP1


The resolution is customer does not have AvaCerts so our code causes an error with that. Code in 14073200 needs to be commented out


The cause is bad coding in cu 14073200 that should bypass this check.
