How to resolve the error message "Record already exists"?


While accessing or saving the AvaTax Configuration page, you receive the following error:

"Record already exists"

  • This error can be caused by adding an extra line in the AVA Config table.
    • This table can only allow one line
  • Please delete the extra line in the Ava Config table
