I need to check if the sync queue is processing.
- To verify if the sync queue is processing and the cron job working, go to Sales->Tax->Avatax Order Sync Queue
- If you have invoices and the sycn queue is empty, then the cron job is working.
- If there are invoices listed in there, then wait a bit to confirm as the cron job runs on a time cycle which you set.
- You can also tell if the cron job is running by looking in the Admin Console and if you see transactions, the cron job is running.
