Why am I getting the error "A task was cancelled"?


During your transaction import you are getting the error "A task was canceled. (Origin)" or "A task was canceled. (Dest)".

  • This error can be caused by an interruption during the import.

  • Please reimport the transactions that errored.

  • If you have attempted to reimport the transactions and continue to get the error, please contact support.
