Why do I need to repeat registration tasks?

You may be asked to repeat a VAT registration task on the VAT Registrations screen if the original task contained incorrect information or was not able to be verified by our registration team.

For example, if you upload a document that is unclear or cannot be verified by our team due to missing information then you will be asked to complete this task again.

To avoid the need to repeat tasks please ensure all information provided is accurate and clear, and that all documents you upload are clear and meet the document requirements. To read more about how to provide clear documents please read this guide.
