Change the Status of an Order

You can change the status of an order in AvaTax for OpenCart to change the status in the Admin Console.

Change the status of an order in the OpenCart admin console

When you change the status of an order in the OpenCart admin console (not the AvaTax Admin Console), OpenCart sends a request to AvaTax to change the document status as in the table below.

Processing Uncommitted
Shipped Committed
Canceled Voided
Complete Committed
Denied Voided
Canceled Reversal Voided
Failed Voided
Refunded Voided
Reversed Voided
Chargeback Voided
Pending Uncommitted
Voided Voided
Processed Committed
Expired Voided
