Configure Timeout

You can adjust how long it takes to receive information back from AvaTax before it times out in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and sends an error message.

Change length of timeout

To change the length of timeout, follow these steps:
 

  1. Go to Department > Administration > ​Avatax > Setup > AvaTax Configuration.
  2. On the General tab, in the Request Timeout in Seconds field, type the amount of time in seconds.
  3. Click OK.
