Create Retail Users

This article applies to:Avalara CertCapture

Only Admin users can create Retail users. Once you create a location, create Retail users for each location. Click the links in the Actions column to edit Retail users. To create Retail users, follow the instructions below: 

  1. On the CertCapture toolbar, click Global Admin, and then select Manage Users.

  2. To add a user, click the Add User button.

  3. In the Add User Information dialog box, enter the Retail user's attributes, and then click Add User Account.

Once you create Retail users, assign Retail users to locations.
