CertCapture for Retail can send certificate images to CertCapture from your mobile device. Watch a demo. Your retail associates can use mobile devices to capture and submit exemption certificates to CertCapture. Images captured in CertCapture for Retail aren't stored in the device's photo library. Consider how this impacts your retail sales associates. Update and communicate new preferred processes.
Single Sign On (SSO) functionality is enabled for CertCapture's REST APIs If your development resources want to expand SSO functionality to REST APIs, they can now use OAuth 2.0 to add this functionality to your technology suite.  Inform your IT team about this update, and have them consider whether to expand your organization's SSO program
VendorCapture performs an instant TIN check on withholding documents. Watch a demo. On W9 forms, Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN) are checked against the IRS database. Check TINs as you process documents as part of data entry in VendorCapture. Also, as your vendors submit W9s to fulfill document requests, TINs are automatically checked. You don't need to do anything. This change happens automatically.
