Review previous document requests

This article applies to:CertCapture

View a history of document requests that you've sent to a customer via CertCapture.


  1. In CertCapture, select Search > Customer Search.
  2. Enter your search criteria:
    • If you're looking for a request for a specific customer, enter their Customer Number.
    • If you want to find requests for multiple customers:
      1. Select Advanced.
      2. Select Campaign Criteria to expand the section.
      3. From the Has Requests drop-down, enter a date range. Requests sent in this date range are included in the search results.
  3. Select Get Search Results.
  4. Select a customer number to view the customer details. 
  5. Select the Requests tab to view details for recent requests sent to the customer.
