Request documents by retail location

Learn how to create a campaign in CertCapture to request compliance documents from customers associated with one of your retail locations.
Steps
- In CertCapture, go to Search > Certificate Search.
- Select Advanced.
- Select Retail Location to expand the section
- Enter your retail location search criteria.
- Select Get Search Results.
Retail locations that match the criteria you selected display. - Select Export Report to export the results:
- Type a name for your results file.
- Select Export Results.
- Select your name in the upper right and then select Download Center.
- In the Actions column for the search results file you want to view, select Download.
- Open your results file and copy the numbers from the Customer Number column.
- In CertCapture, go to Search > Customer Search.
- In the Customer Criteria section, paste the customer numbers you copied into the Customer Numbers field.
- Select Get Search Results.
- Continue creating your campaign.
