Release a document

If you've claimed a document but won't be able to merge and validate it in a timely manner, make sure to release the document so another team member can complete the validation process.

Steps

  1. In CertCapture, go to Manage Documents > Upload and Validate Documents.
    The Upload and Validate Documents page opens.
  2. From Available Documents, select My Unfinished Documents to view documents that you've claimed, or Documents Claimed By Others to view documents that are claimed by other users.
  3. Select the checkbox to the left of any documents you want to release, then select Action > Release Documents.
    The documents are released, and can now be viewed and claimed from the Available Documents section.
