Create a retail user
This article applies to:CertCapture
Create users that can add customers and collect exemption certificates in your retail locations. Retail users can be created after you create a location. Only Admin users can create Retail users.
Steps
- In CertCapture, go to Settings > Account Settings > Manage Users.
- Select Add User.
- Enter the user's information, and select Retail as the User Role.
- Select Add User Account.
