CertCapture email notifications and settings

CertCapture sends emails when users and documents are uploaded CertCapture, new documents are ready to be validated, or scheduled reports are ready for download. These notifications come from "notifications@certcapture.com".
Certain CertCapture notifications can be customized or disabled.
Change "From" address on CertCapture notifications to your customers
- Select your name in the upper right and select My Profile.
- Select the My Preferences tab.
- Select Email Preferences to expand that section.
- Customer Email is the email address that appears in the From field on customer notifications, such as document requests.
- By default, CertCapture uses the Corporate Email in your Company Details
- Example: "YourCorporateEmail@avalara.com <via notifications@certcapture.com>"
- Select the correct email. The change is saved immediately.
Change "From" address on CertCapture notifications to you
- Go to Settings > Company Settings > Company Details.
The Company Details page opens. - Select Edit Company Information.
- Adjust the email address listed in the Notification Emails field.
- Select Update Company Information to save the changes.
Don't send "New Stack Available..." notifications
- Select your name in the upper right and select My Profile.
The My Profile page opens. - Select the My Preferences tab.
- Select Certificate Data Entry Preferences to expand that section.
- Data Entry Emails - Uncheck this if you don't want to receive email notifications when new documents are uploaded to your company
- This change is saved immediately
Don't send "Certificate Completion..." notifications for CertExpress requests
- Go to Settings > Company Settings > Company Details.
The Company Details page opens. - Select the CertExpress Settings tab.
- Select Edit.
- Send Certificate Completion Client Notifications - Set to NO if you don't want to automatically notify your customer their certificate has been received when they respond to your request or submit a form using CertExpress
- This change is saved immediately
Turn off the ability to send "Certificate Validation..." notifications
- Select your name in the upper right and select My Profile.
- Select My Preferences and then select Certificate Data Entry Preferences to expand that section.
- Validation Notifications - Uncheck this if you don't want the option to notify a customer that their certificate has been processed once you're finished validating it
- This change is saved immediately
Don't send email notifications for blank reports
- Select your name in the upper right and select My Profile.
- Select My Preferences and then select Email Preferences to expand that section.
- Skip Blank Report Emails - Check this if you want CertCapture to skip sending you a scheduled report if it doesn't contain information
- This change is saved immediately

Subscribe to CertCapture API Email Alerts
- Go to Account Settings > Email Notifications.
- Select Add Email Notification.
- Add the email address that should receive notifications
- Select API
- Select Success or Failure
- Select the company (client) API to receive notifications for
- Set the email frequency
