Add the states where you ship products to the customer. CertCapture uses this information to help track which exemption certificates you should request from the customer.
If you need to add this information for many states or for multiple customers, learn how to use an import template to add shipping regions to multiple customers at once.
- In CertCapture, search for your customer.
- Select the customer number.
The customer Details page opens.
- Select the ShipTo tab.
- Select Add ShipTo State/Zone.
- Select the region you'd like to add.
- Select Add ShipTo State.
To remove an existing ShipTo State/Zone, right-click the state or zone and select Unlink.
