Request documents by retail location

Learn how to create a campaign in CertCapture to request compliance documents from customers associated with one of your retail locations.

Steps

  1. In CertCapture, go to Search > Certificate Search.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. Select Retail Location to expand the section
  4. Enter your retail location search criteria.
  5. Select Get Search Results.
    Retail locations that match the criteria you selected display.
  6. Select Export Report to export the results:
    1. Type a name for your results file.
    2. Select Export Results.
  7. Select your name in the upper right and then select Download Center.
  8. In the Actions column for the search results file you want to view, select Download.
  9. Open your results file and copy the numbers from the Customer Number column.
  10. In CertCapture, go to Search > Customer Search.
  11. In the Customer Criteria section, paste the customer numbers you copied into the Customer Numbers field.
  12. Select Get Search Results.
  13. Continue creating your campaign.
