Remove a ship-to region from a customer

Unlink a ship-to state from a customer if you don't plan to request documents from the customer in that region.

Steps

  1. In CertCapture, search for the customer whose ship-to regions you want to adjust.
  2. Select the customer number.
    The customer Details tab opens.
  3. Select the ShipTo tab.
  4. Find the region you want to remove under the ShipTo Details section, then right-click and select Unlink ShipTo State.CertCapture6_RemoveZone3.png
  5. In the message that appears, select OK to confirm that you'd like to remove the ship-to region.
